We are a specialist agency dealing only with nannies, mother's helps and other childcare staff. All our nannies and mother's helps are thoroughly vetted and references are obtained which are always closely checked.

We pride ourselves on our ability to match the client's needs with the correct nanny, which is why we try to get as much detail about the job as possible. We DO NOT charge a Registration fee, only a fee for a successful placement, believing we should be paid on results.

Once we have received your requirements, we will arrange for suitable nannies to telephone you for an initial discussion and give you the option to invite them for an interview. You should try to arrange to interview without the presence of the children, to minimise distractions. If all progresses well, invite the nanny for a second interview in order to meet the children.

Although all our nannies are carefully vetted, the prospective employer should always check the nanny's references themselves. You will then be able to talk personally to previous employers.
