Sue KendrickSue Kendrick, owner of Sweet Dreams, is NNEB qualified and has worked within the childcare industry for 16 years, and has been running Sweet Dreams sucessfully for the past 8 years. Having experienced many nanny agencies herself on a professional level, she decided to set up her own agency in the area. Sue believes that an agency should provide care and advice continually throughout the whole process and there after for both the nannies and the families.

We understand how important your children are to you so we go out of our way to offer a personal and hassle free service focused on finding the perfect child carer for your family.

We interview all nannies to establish their suitability, authenticity, qualifications and experience.

We also check candidates’ identity using legal documentation including the CRB.

We follow up references both written and verbal, in all cases employment history is checked thoroughly.
